If you have a party of 21 or more guests or if you would like to use the tea house during non-business hours, a buy out is required for use of the space.

Please fill out this form so that we may best serve you. Your reservation is not confirmed until we speak to you to confirm your reservation; a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to hold your date. [While deposits are non-refundable, they are transferable should you need to change your date].

» choice of custom menu starting at $40 per person

» please allow 1 hour for set up/clean up, leaving 3 active hours for your party

» corkage, 6% tax, and 20% gratuity not included

» Sunday events as well as events with a start time of 4:00pm or later will include the above but start at $2200

» Parties of 31 to 45 guests will include the above but start at $2300

» Parties of 46 to 60 guests will include the above but start at $2600

Prices quoted are good for 1 week. Deposits must be paid within that time in order to guarantee availability and prices. Final payments must be made no later than 2 weeks before your event in order to avoid cancellation.

FLORALS AND DECOR

Floral bud vases start at $500 which includes an assortment of petite vases filled with flowers to your color specifications for 2 dining tables, drink bar and tea bar for a party of up to 30 guests. Please inquire for floral decor packages.

Greenery decor starts at $120 which includes moss and seasonal greenery for 2 dining tables, drink bar and tea bar for a party of up to 30 guests.

We highly encourage bringing in an event coordinator or decorator for any set up/decor beyond simple florals. Please note that pricing is an estimate and may change due to floral availability and seasonality.

We offer a variety of tablecloths, chargers, vintage china, candlesticks, votives, and more.

In the event our baker is not available or if you would prefer to bring your own cake you may be subject to a $25 cake cutting fee.
Cakes and specialty favors, such as macarons, must be ordered a minimum 4 to 6 weeks in advance of your event’s date. Availability is not guaranteed.
