Do you accept walk ins?
Short answer: yes! Wednesday thru Friday. Seating is first come, first served. Please note that we cannot accommodate larger parties (5+ guests) without reservations.
May I be seated at the booth?
We can definitely try our best to accommodate your request but unfortunately we are not able to guarantee any table. You may however reserve the booth if your party has 8 to 12 guests.

May I order à la carte?
Absolutely! We offer a fine selection of sweets and savories available to order a la carte during the week.

Do you have menu that is gluten free?We do! All of our high tea menus can be ordered gluten-free (please allow at lest 48 hours notice). We also offer an assortment of gluten-free options on our a la carte menu during the week.

May we bring a cake or champagne?We do not allow any outside food and there will be a corkage fee of $10 per bottle. We offer custom cakes and desserts to make your gathering even more special. Desserts are provided by our in-house pastry chef Gingerspice Bakery (please visit their website to see all the goodies available).

What if we need to request gluten-free, vegan, or other dietary options?*
We will do our best to meet special dietary requests, but notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance of an existing reservation (preferably more). We cannot guarantee accommodations for every dietary need.
When making a reservation, let us know if anyone in your group has a food allergy or dietary restriction. Please do not guess. Instead, please check with all members in your party in advance to avoid last minute confusion or disappointment.
* For those with food allergies, please note that our kitchen prepares items containing nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, fish, and soy.

How do I make reservation?
• Please use the Square Appointments box on the Reservations page. You may also email us.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until someone calls you to get a credit card on file and confirms a date + time. You will get a response within 24–48 hours.
• You can update the number of your guests anytime, up to 48 hours prior to your reservation for parties of 1 to 7 guests. Please allow at least 5 days notice for 8 or more guests.
• Adding additional guest(s) to an existing reservation requires at least 24 hours notice and is subject to seating availability.

May I cancel or reschedule my high tea reservation anytime?
• A reservation is a promise. Our food is made to order based on the number of people who have made a reservation. For this reason please give us at least 48 hours notice (longer, if possible and at least 5 days for parties of 8 or more).
• In the event that the number of people in your party decreases, or if you need to cancel your reservation entirely, please give us a call. Proper notice helps us avoid food waste and it also gives us the opportunity to call the next person on our wait list.
• A $15 per person fee will be charged for any high tea reservation not cancelled (or rescheduled) 48 hours prior to your reservation time or for failing to show up on the day of your reservation.

Is my credit card charged prior to my reservation?
No. The card number given when we call to confirm your reservation (7 or fewer guests) is used to hold your reservation. A $15 per person fee will be charged for any reservation not cancelled 48 hours prior to your reservation time or for failing to show up on the day of your reservation.
• For groups of 8 or more guests, a 50% deposit will be charged. The deposit for parties of 8+ becomes nonrefundable 1 week before your scheduled party, but is applied towards your total for kept reservations.
