An iced half-gallon of our new Paradise Island white tea [or our Tranquility caffeine-free tea], lemon simple syrup, 4 fruit skewers, hibiscus sugar. Just add sparkling wine — or if you're feeling fancy: stir together 2 parts tea, 2 parts sparkling wine, 1.5 parts elderflower liquor, splash of soda water, lemon syrup to taste. Using a lemon, rim your glass with hibiscus sugar, fill with ice and pour in the cocktail. Garnish with fruit skewers.
